What Happens During Spiritual Counsel or a Spiritual Energy Healing Session?
During a session with a client, a practitioner, (or “channel of spiritual healing”), such as Crystal BlackCreek Carlisle (Onyinyechi-Chipo), may work with a client’s dreams in
addition to their own inner guidance, which is a knowingness they hear and pay attention to. It is spirit, revealing, in the moment, as a person talks, or as they hold the client’s hands, or as they do energy healing with the client.
In the process of surrender to spirit’s assistance, guidance, and wisdom, things are revealed and released. The practitioner is there as a facilitator or conduit of spirit’s healing energy to assist a client in releasing whatever needs releasing, (that the client is also willing to release), to the holy spirit realm of angels or ancestral messengers of God, the Creator, who come forward on the client’s behalf. The ancestors are those of the practitioner’s and perhaps also the client’s.
Often, there is a very specific,”cross-over” message to share, as the practitioner, in communion with spirit, works with the client, or sits with the client in stillness while the client absorbs the healing energy and continues to process and release.

A spiritual healer is a highly trained channel or vessel of the divine who facilitates healing in another by assisting them energetically to obtain healing release and balance.
What are some examples of Spiritual Healing? Some examples of spiritual healing, (depending on the training and specialties of the particular healer) may be: cleansing, purifying, and assisting another to strengthen, and to tap into the higher will for self healing by means of healing technologies and modalities that may also include prayer, declaration, deep listening, sensing, and surrendering to higher knowing to bring about healing shifts and transformation and powerful healing energy on behalf of another. It may also include ancestral healing messages or crossover messages to assist in another’s healing.
Who are spiritual healers, and what do they do?
Spiritual Healers are chosen vessels, guided by holy spirit, the Creator, ancestors, and life’s divine setup to develop and embody their healing gifts to bring about healing energy, intent, and healing life energy, using various healing modalities and technologies, as divinely guided in service to life, bringing healing and transformation to others in mind, body, soul, and spirit for inner peace, harmony, and balance.
What are some signs that you are a healer?
There will be early signs that you are chosen to carry forward spiritual healing gifts, including spiritual healing counsel. Perhaps you have an unuasual birth and or elders get signs and messages even before you are born. Perhaps you naturally counsel others as a child, even adults. Ypu may be guided by an ancestor in how to do a particular healing technique and then be guided by synchronistic events and find yourself among other healers . Every person’s path is unique, but you will have signs that you have a gift and people will be drawn to you for healing as well. Some may even have a shamanic crisis or healer’s sickness that indicates that they must be initiated as a healer. This is very common in traditional healing practices.
What is a real spiritual healer?
A real spiritual healer is divinely guided by spirit to the calling of spiritual healing by virtue of their gifts, handed down to them by their ancestors and the guidance of their ancestors. They are more than body workers. They are called and choose to answer or heed the call, as guided by their ancestors which is a journey within itself of initiation, healing, and preparation, guided by spirit.
